Founder, The Ethics Company
Tech and digital artefacts are evolving at a speed few can keep pace with. The focus of companies has mostly been on user-centricity, quick adoption and the short-term benefits of technologies- not many consider the unintended consequences, or long-term impacts of their products on human well-being.
A strong proponent of human-centered ethical design, Supriya has set up The Ethics Company, which aims to guide businesses make informed decisions while developing products. Looking beyond technical, governance or compliance aspects, The Ethics Company emphasizes the practice of proactive, self-regulated ethics. For companies, this intentional path to creation can help in mitigating potential negative impacts, build ethical reputation, attract talent, and ultimately, lead to business success. |
